Refund Policy :

We do not offer exchanges or refunds . All sales are final for sanitary purposes. There are no cancellations. We do not support fraudulent orders . You must reach out to us directly if suspicious of fraudulent orders or we will not be held responsible for refund. Once order is placed Shopify will verify , and order will be shipped .

Processing & Shipping : 

All orders take 2- 5 business days or longer to be processed before being shipped out . Our Standard shipping times  takes 4-8  business days . We are doing our best to maintain our shipping schedules, but we anticipate there may be delays in order processing and shipping due to the holidays.We ask for each customer patience during COVID-19. Once package leaves our warehouse .Usps are responsible for your packages . Please reach out to them directly for any package issues or delays . If you have received any defective items contact us within 48-72 hour of your order being delivered.We ship worldwide international. Exclusive Drip or Custom items take 1-3 weeks to ship .
